Jakes Dutch Garden Herb Havarti is flavored with dill, garlic, and chervil. The sweet flavors of cream blend nicely with blend nicely with these herbs to provide a fresh taste of Summer. Made with raw milk, this semi-soft cheese melts well, and is a great baked potato topper, makes a terrific grilled cheese, also good by itself, or on a cracker. This cheese is a Farmer’s Market favorite and is one of our top selling cheeses.
