Paul Crump opened Paul’s Market in Ferguson, Missouri on October 6, 1960. Dubbed “The Biggest Little Steak Store in St. Louis”, Paul’s Market began providing the surrounding community with the highest quality meat and grocery items available.
Gary CrumpIn 1977, Paul’s Market moved into a new building, constructed immediately behind its original location. Many loyal customers helped move the inventory to the new building overnight, allowing the move to take place without inturrupting business.
Today, Paul’s Market continues to offer fresh, custom-cut USDA certified meats and boasts the largest variety of cuts in the St. Louis area. There’s also our large deli meat and cheese selection, grocery and fresh produce items. Our staff serves up freshly cooked brisket, burgers, chicken and other items daily from the wood-burning smokehouse located on site.
Ream’s Elburn Market is an old-fashioned family-owned business that specializes in knowledgable, friendly service and high quality fresh meat, smoked meats, and other unique food items.
Customers enjoy the Elburn Market’s specialty meats and sausages for gourmet dinners, parties, barbecues, quick and easy meals, and tasty snacks.
Opening in 2015, we are a small batch winery located south of Petersburg, Illinois featuring wines from Illinois grown grapes and other select vineyards. Many of the grapes are from our family vineyard – Ratio Vineyard in Kilbourne, Illinois.
